ידוע ומקובל בענין הכוונות שבתפלה, אשר אלו שאין דעתם יפה לכוון, מפני העדר הידיעה או מפני שאין בכוחם לזכור כוונות הפרטיות בעת התפילה, מספיק שיכוונו כונה כללית: להיות תפלתו נשמעת לפניו ית' עם כל הכוונות המבוארות בספרי קבלה.

Hayom Yom (היום יום, “day by day”) is an anthology of Chassidic aphorisms and customs with one entry for every day of the Hebrew year. It was compiled in 1942 by Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, the Lubavitcher Rebbe, at the instruction of his father-in-law, the Previous Rebbe.
