מסיפורי אאמו"ר [המהר"ש]: א) מתחלה היה אגה"ק "קטנתי" מסיימת "ורוח נכאה כו'", ואחרי אשר אמר רבינו הגדול שלש פעמים - בליאזנא - המאמר "כמים הפנים גו'", אז הוסיף התיבות "וכולי האי - הפנים וגו'", ובזה נטע בהחסידים מידות טובות. ב) אילו לא היה הרבי כותב את שלש התיבות "במדת אמת ליעקב" - באגה"ק "קטנתי" - היו לו עוד חמישים אלף חסידים, אבל הרבי תובע מידת אמת.

Hayom Yom (היום יום, “day by day”) is an anthology of Chassidic aphorisms and customs with one entry for every day of the Hebrew year. It was compiled in 1942 by Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, the Lubavitcher Rebbe, at the instruction of his father-in-law, the Previous Rebbe.
