אאמו"ר [הרש"ב] היה מדליק נרות חנוכה בין מנחה למעריב. "הנרות הללו" - אחר הדלקת כל הנרות. והיה יושב בסמוך להנרות חצי שעה - לבד מיום ו' ערב-שבת-קודש - מדייק שידלקו הנרות חמישים דקות לכל הפחות. מנחה, נר חנוכה, נר שבת.
