משיעורי [התורה הקבועים של] אאמו"ר [הרש"ב]: בכל יום פרשה חומש עם פירש"י. אמירת תנ"ך בעל-פה: קאפ' [=פרק] אחד מתורה וכן מנביאים וכן מכתובים. פרק אחד משניות, שיעור גמרא לעיוני ב' דפים לשבוע, שיעור למיגרס [=ללא עיון והתעמקות מיוחדים] ד' דפים ליום, שיעור בירושלמי. גם שיעור - לא בכל יום - בפוסקים. במשך השנה היה מסיים כל המדרש - רבה: לווה [=משאיר 'חוב'] בסדרות [=פרשות] הארוכות ופורע [=משלים החובות] בקצרות.

Hayom Yom (היום יום, “day by day”) is an anthology of Chassidic aphorisms and customs with one entry for every day of the Hebrew year. It was compiled in 1942 by Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, the Lubavitcher Rebbe, at the instruction of his father-in-law, the Previous Rebbe.
