"וירא העם וינועו" - כשראו אלוקות "וינועו", נפעלה תנועת חיים. אילו ידעתם - אמר אדמו"ר ה"צמח צדק" - כוחם של פסוקי תהלים ופעולתם בשמי רום, הייתם אומרים אותם בכל עת. תדעו שמזמורי תהלים שוברים כל המחיצות, ועולים בעילוי אחר עילוי בלי שום הפרעה, ומשתטחים לפני אדון עולמים ופועלים פעולתם בחסד וברחמים.

Hayom Yom (היום יום, “day by day”) is an anthology of Chassidic aphorisms and customs with one entry for every day of the Hebrew year. It was compiled in 1942 by Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, the Lubavitcher Rebbe, at the instruction of his father-in-law, the Previous Rebbe.
